De Lápices A Cohetes was hired to carry out the detailed engineering for the cover of the suction dredges of the company Mineros S.A.

When the cutting wheel is at the bottom of the wells extracting soil, a large amount of sediment is generated in the work area due to the movement of the spoons, as a measure to contain the greatest amount of suspended solids, a cover was designed for said wheel, seeking to cover as much as possible without affecting the cutting area.

In addition, this cover has a system of bars to be hoisted when maintenance work or replacement of parts is required.
